Asha Kiran - Women's empowerment program
In rural context, the workload of women is enormous and their responsibilities and labor involvement are critical while they possess little or no control over resources and decision-making process. Even than a mother is happy and satisfied with her offspring, husband and other family members due to her pious motherhood and wifehood sacrificial nature which has been developed in our society since thousands of years. Henceforth, women's empowerment could be brought through organizing them, realizing their potentialities in economic affairs and boosting their own enterprises at their locality.
Women, like men, should try to do the impossible. And when they fail, their failure should be a challenge to others. Amelia Earhart.
